No Bull HQ

1. What products and services does No Bull HQ provide its customers?
No Bull HQ is a strength and fitness facility operating in Brunswick, which offers a variety of training by personable, knowledgeable and experienced trainers. Irrespective of one’s own goals, No Bull HQ can cater to your needs. We offer everything from 1 on 1 and semi-private training right through to Boxing, Kickboxing, Powerlifting, Strength & Conditioning. We train a wide range of clients from those amateurs and pro’s wanting to fight in the ring, through to those wanting to enter a powerlifting competition and those wanting improved strength and fitness. It really is a place for all.

2. How and why did No Bull HQ come about?
We got tired of seeing the big commercialised gyms pop up everywhere. They were all the same one to another and attracted the same crowds. We listened to the wants and needs of our clients, found our own space and built the business from scratch. Our dream from young was always to own our own fitness facility.

3. How does No Bull HQ differ from other similar businesses in your industry?
We aren’t like all the big commercialised gyms. We’re extremely passionate about what we do and about the services that we offer. We are constantly upskilling and the quality of service we provide is second to none. From the first point of contact (usually social media) to when our clients walk in the door we always provide a safe and judgement-free environment. Our clients don’t just train here. No-one is a number. We build trust and rapport with our clients and welcome them to our fitness facility like it’s our home.

4. Who does No Bull HQ aim to service?
Anyone wanting real results, who’s ready and willing to take the next step in their fitness journey is invited. You will train hard. You will get results. We take No Bull. We understand all things health and fitness and are ready to guide you on this journey to find a better you.

5. What is the hardest part of managing No Bull HQ?
The hardest part of managing this business is definitely the back end of things (Paperwork etc) but we have a great team behind us supporting this side of the business. Training is definitely our passion and our forte. Another challenge in this business is finding staff to the calibre we demand. We pride ourselves on technique and want all clients satisfied.

6. How does No Bull HQ acquire new customers?
As we’ve been operating for less than 6 months we’ve kept our marketing and media budget low for the moment. At the moment the majority of our clients have come through social media and word of mouth. Believe it or not, we get quite a few of our clients who first stumble across @melbournestrengthcoach and @nobullmtb on Instagram.

7. What plans does No Bull HQ have for the future?
As we continue to grow and expand we plan on opening up our boutique gym to other trainers who are looking for a space to train their clients. We also plan to introduce more classes and more semi-private/group training. In the near future we would like to be running workshops/seminars varying from teaching people how to lift correctly for their body type, to nutritional seminars etc. Our longer term goal is to expand and open up a second facility or even move to a bigger facility once we’ve established ourselves and continue to grow the brand.
