Well the first thing you should know is the sign-in page for your WordPress installation. Typically this is at [www.YourDomainName.com/wp-admin] but it will depend on where it was actually installed.
Once you find the sign-in page, it will look like the below screenshot. Put in your credentials and you’ll be forwarded to the WordPress dashboard.
The dashboard gives you an overview of everything you can do with your website. This includes managing your posts, pages, comments and a whole bunch of other stuff. For now just hover your mouse on the Posts label on the left-side navigation menu and click on Add New
If you already know the title of your new Blog post, go ahead and enter it.
Then its just a matter of filling up your text and images as you wish. Notice the Add Media button; that will allow you to upload images from your computer.
Once you’re happy with your post, click on Publish on the right side of the page.
